PRAYING GOD'S WORD

John 15:7: If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. Psalm 91:15........ "He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him." Isaiah 65:24........ "It shall come to pass that before they call, I will answer, and while
they are speaking I will hear."
Sometimes we feel like God doesn't hear your prayers? At other times we feel we don't know what to pray for. I tell you this today, If you like your prayers to be more powerful, pray the Scriptures. Hebrews 4:12 says that "God's Word is alive and powerful, sharper than a two-edged sword". So when we speak and pray the Scriptures, we are coming into agreement with God, and His power is released to answer our prayers. 1John 5:14 tells us we can have confidence in God. Not only does He hear our prayers, but He also promises to answer them when we pray in line with His will. He hastens to perform His Word. One big deal about praying the Scriptures is that it will increase your spiritual growth. You actually learn what God says about certain situations, and by praying His Word you will see His results. People have testified that just by praying the healing scriptures they have been healed, physically as well as mentally.
1You can live a stress free life if you will only just pray because when you pray, you are turning the situation over to God. You're taking the situation out of your hands, and putting it in His hands. You're releasing it to God. These Scripture Prayers are very easy to read, and if you'll read them every day, even within a week, you will have memorized Scripture and won't even realize it until a situation arises, or until someone asks you to pray for them. Even at the beginning of the Bible at Genesis 1:3, notice that it starts with, "Then God said..." God created the heavens and the earth by speaking them into existence. By praying the scriptures out loud you are speaking God's will for your life into existence. Start your prayer time by reading appropriate scriptures. These are Scriptures that promise you that He does hear your prayers and will answer them. I have included a few of these Prayer Promises. Read them to build your confidence and your faith to believe.
Jer 1:12........ "I am ready to perform My Word." Jn 16:24....... "Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full." Mt 21:22........."...whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive." Jer 33:3......... "Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things..." Jn 14:14........ "If you ask anything in my name, I will do it." Jn 16:23........ "...whatever you ask the Father in My name He will give you." 1Jn 5:14........ "Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us." 15:7.......... "If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you." Mt 18:18........ "Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in." Isa 65:24........ "It shall come to pass that before they call, I will answer, and while they are speaking I will hear." Ps 91:15........ "He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him." Ps 141:2......... "Let my prayer be set before You as incense, the lifting of my hands as the evening sacrifice."
Brethren, pick a verse relevant to your situation today and raise your prayer around the scripture, have faith and you will see the glory of God. Amen
Prayer: Dear Lord, I acknowledge the vital role Your word plays in my communication with You. Teach me to always place your word at the center of my life and may I speak it and boldly claim it when it matters most in Jesus name. Amen.
